1. Services
Kivoro AI provides AI-powered business services including, but not limited to, AI receptionist setup and management, lead generation, and custom website development. The specific terms governing each service are detailed in the applicable service agreement you sign before service begins.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Payment & Billing
Fees for our services are described in the applicable service agreement or pricing page. All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Client Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and service continues until that date. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kivoro AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kivoro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Houston, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
